With a private practice located in historic, downtown Columbiana, Ohio, I find great passion in how massage therapy may quickly and naturally bring someone relief. I incorporate a variety of massage techniques to your session, helping with specific pain relief or stress-reducing & relaxation massage, which may improve your overall wellness. I also look forward to helping my clients in between sessions with a restorative and slow-flowing form of yoga, allowing their bodies to feel stronger and more comfortable between sessions.
